Shipping Information:

Many of our items will ship 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please allow 8-10 business days for personalized items such as pillows and blankets. It will then take an additional 3-5 business days for your package to arrive by ground shipping. In most cases expect your package to arrive approximately 1 week after placing your order (or 2-3 weeks for personalized items). Large orders may take longer and we will notify you in advance of any delays. Our shipping rate is a low $5 flat fee for all orders under $50, and FREE ground shipping for orders $50 or more!

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

Personalized baby gift orders are non-returnable. Orders may only be modified or canceled if we have not already begun the personalization of your item. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Personalized returns are only accepted if the item is found to be defective in which case we will replace it with another at no charge.

All non-personalized items are returnable but will incur a 20% restocking fee charge. Please contact us in advance to receive an RMA# before returning your item. You will be required to ship the items back to us before we'll be able to issue a credit for those items.

1. Where do you ship?
   

   Due to the high cost of shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, we are unfortunately unable to do so at this time.

2. Do you accept international orders?
   

   We're sorry but at this time we are only shipping to and accepting payments from the US. We are looking into expanding internationally!

3. How do I care for my pillow?
   

   Do to the delicate and detailed nature of the embroidery we recommend only surface cleaning the pillow. If you must wash it we recommend a mild soap and hand washing.

4. Can my infant sleep with this pillow?
   

   Our pillows are for decoration and sentimental purposes only. Because of the risk of suffocation we never recommend placing any pillow in your infant's crib.

5. How can I check the status of my order?
   

   We will e-mail you the tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have any other questions about your order please e-mail us at natalie@cuddlebugbabygifts.com.

6. I found a pillow that I like but may I make changes to the design?
   

   If you'd like to change the embroidery colors, fabric colors, fonts, sizes, etc, please e-mail us at natalie@cuddlebugbabygifts.com and we will try our best to accommodate your specific needs.
